Meet Piper Lindsay Arpan

Theatre & Dance Instructor

Piper Lindsay Arpan is now a Denver based director, choreographer, and performer after almost a decade in NYC.

You may have seen her or her work locally at the DCPA, Arvada Center, Aurora Fox, Cherry Creek Theatre, BDT Stage, Candlelight Dinner Playhouse, Parker Arts Culture and Events, Vintage Theatre, or Lone Tree Arts Center.

She has danced on Broadway (Monty Python’s SPAMALOT), with professional dance companies (Martha Graham Institute, Sarasota Ballet Dance Link), on film (‘The Producers’ movie) and television, both nationally and internationally.

Piper was a Radio City Rockette, and holds a BFA in Dance from The Florida State University.

She is a member of the Honey Taps - a vintage tap dance group with companies in New York, LA, Chicago, and now Denver.

Teaching is one of Piper’s greatest passions, and she is currently the primary dance instructor for the Denver Center’s adult education program, a guest artist at the Denver School of the Arts, a co-founder of the high school conservatory program at The Performing Arts Academy, and choreographs and directs musicals at various high schools throughout the state.

She is excited to share her tips, training, love, guidance and industry secrets with those who are ready to learn!

"When I’m not at the theatre, you can find me riding my bike, cooking, gardening, hanging with my 6 year old son Tucker, or at one of my family’s two restaurant/bars: Cap City Tavern and the Bannock Street Garage."
