Meet Christopher Sergeeff 

Director / Choreographer / Music Director

Christopher Sergeeff is delighted to be working with Sublimelight Studios. 

Over the past 20 years Christopher has been blessed to perform in Broadway National Tours, Off-Broadway shows, pre-Broadway workshops, a variety of television shows, commercials and films, as well as 6 shows at the Metropolitan Opera in NYC. 

 

His favorite credits include Pepper in the Broadway National Tour of Mamma Mia!, Chino in the 50th anniversary National Tour of West Side Story, Juggler in the Off-Broadway production of Grind (York Theatre Company in NYC), Trixter in Carnival (The Kennedy Center); Barnaby in Hello, Dolly! starring Sally Struthers (Ogunquit Playhouse); Lesglas in Les Misérables (The Arvada Center), Lefou and Fight Captain in Beauty and the Beast (Ordway Theater), Harlequin in The Metropolitan Opera’s production of Adriana Lecouvreur starring Placido Domingo. His favorite television role was as Brian Teague on “Law & Order” with Jerry Orbach. 

After 20 years of performing across North America, he decided to begin directing and choreographing. With a degree in Theater Education from the University of Northern Colorado, Christopher has spent the last 5 years teaching K-12 theater in the Adams 12 school district, directing and choreographing a myriad of shows from Grease and Beauty and the Beast at Stargate, to Spamalot, Newsies, Annie, and Jungle Book at The Studio School. 

 

Christopher is currently the Performing Arts Director at the Studio School, a dance instructor at Carmichael Academy of Dance in Westminster, and the owner of Studio Sergeeff where he teaches voice and guitar lessons.
