ACTING 101

60 Minute Class with Jalen Gregory

For beginners
Acting 101 is a safe place for students to begin to learn the craft of acting or continue exploring the Who, What, Where, When, Why and How of a character, how to approach a script, how to stage a scene, and how to live in the NOW. This class is taught by local professional actor and instructor Jalen Gregory.

ACTING FOR THE STAGE

For intermediate and advanced level actors
Acting for the Stage is a safe place for more experienced actors to take their exploration to a new level.
Students will continue to build on character development, script analysis, understanding subtext and relationship, living in the NOW, improvisation, timing and movement through monologues and scene work.
Elements of Meisner and other schools of acting and drama pedagogy are applied to build on acting and drama technique.
This class is taught by local professional actor and instructor Jalen Gregory.
